Liz Monahan has over three decades of experience in senior leadership roles in the field of human resources. Their most recent position is as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at the National Philanthropic Trust. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at NewRez LLC for five years. Liz has also held senior human resources positions at Assero Services, Quintiq, Homeward Residential, CorpTalk, De Lage Landen, and GMAC Residential. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for various aspects of HR, including executive coaching, organizational design and development, and managing HR functions such as compensation, recruiting, employee relations, benefits, and payroll.
Liz Monahan has a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Rider University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Science from Penn State University.
