Afsoon S.

Afsoon S. currently serves as the Laboratory Operations Manager at the National Physical Laboratory (NPL) since October 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as Team Lead Manager, Deputy Supervisor, and Laboratory Assistant at Eurofins Biomnis from October 2020 to June 2022. Afsoon also worked as a Sales Assistant at Nike from January 2019 to February 2022, Bershka from November 2018 to January 2019, and Next from January 2016 to September 2017. Earlier experience includes a role as a Student Volunteer at FARA Charity Shop in early 2013. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical/Space Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire (2017-2022), a Private Pilot License from Stapleford Flight Centre (2021-2022), as well as GCE qualifications in Physics, Spanish, and Economics from Epsom and Ewell High School (2015-2017), and GCSE from Ricards Lodge High School (2009-2014).
