Elizabeth A. McGhee

Elizabeth A. McGhee has extensive work experience in the field of science and forensics. Elizabeth A. began their career at LGC Forensics in 2006, where they worked as a Forensic Examiner in both drugs and toxicology. Their responsibilities included examining and reporting exhibits for substances under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971, conducting chemical and packaging type comparisons, and working on complex cases involving murder, rape, and CSA. In 2013, McGhee joined the National Physical Laboratory (NPL) as a Research Scientist, and later progressed to the role of Higher Research Scientist. Elizabeth A. also took on the role of Quality Lead at NPL, demonstrating their expertise in quality management. McGhee's work experience spans over multiple years, demonstrating their dedication and expertise in their field.

Elizabeth A. McGhee obtained their BSc (Hons) degree in Chemistry from The University of Sheffield. Elizabeth A. then went on to complete their MSc in Forensic Science at the University of Strathclyde in 2005-2006.
