Kunal Upadhyay

Kunal Upadhyay is an experienced project manager currently serving as the Dynamics 365 Project Manager (Interim) at the National Physical Laboratory since April 2022, focused on transforming technology and business processes. Previously, Kunal worked at Leonard Cheshire Disability from November 2017 to March 2022 as a Senior Project Manager in Technology & Transformation, overseeing change management and the implementation of various projects, including Dynamics 365. Prior experience includes roles at Hotelcare as a Business Change & Project Manager, where Kunal implemented IT systems across multiple sites, and at McDonald's, first as Business Performance Manager and then as Store Manager, where leadership and operational alignment were key responsibilities. Kunal holds an MBA from Anglia Ruskin University and a University Advanced Diploma in Electronics Engineering from the University of Greenwich.
