Benard Mutai holds a Bachelor of Security Management and Policing Studies and a Diploma in Disaster Management from Kenyatta University. With nearly two decades of experience in the National Police Service - Kenya, Benard has served as a Kenya Police Corporal since October 2003. Responsibilities include supervising junior officers, planning and executing covert and overt security operations, managing patrol and guard units, conducting crime prevention activities, and preparing situational reports. Additionally, Benard is skilled in briefing and debriefing officers as well as ensuring the effectiveness of police communication equipment.
