Neal Hull began their work experience in 1993 as a Sales Representative at Hormel Foods. Neal then worked as a Territory Manager from 1993 to 1994 and again from 1994 to 1997. From 1997 to 1998, they served as an Account Executive. In 1998, they were promoted to Associate Product Manager - Meat Products and held that position until 2000. Neal then became a Product Manager - Foodservice from 2000 to 2003, followed by a Senior Product Manager - Foodservice from 2003 to 2006. From 2006 to 2009, they held the role of Group Product Manager - Foodservice. Finally, from 2009 to 2018, they served as the Marketing Director - Foodservice at Hormel Foods. In 2018, they joined the National Pork Board as the Director of Domestic Market Development, a position they currently hold.
Neal Hull attended Indian Hills Community College from 1988 to 1990, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies. Neal then went on to Iowa State University - Ivy College of Business, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing & Communication from 1990 to 1992.
