Patrick Webb

Assistant Chief Veterinarian at National Pork Board

Patrick Webb has over two decades of work experience in the veterinary field. Patrick began their career as a Veterinary Associate at Red Oak Veterinary Clinic in 1998, where they practiced for one year. Patrick then moved to Stuart Veterinary Clinic, where they worked as a Veterinary Associate for two years. In 2001, Webb joined the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship as a Foreign Animal Disease Program Coordinator, a role they held for three years. In 2004, Webb became a Consultant at Webb's Veterinary Solutions, providing expert advice in the field. Patrick'snext major role was with the National Pork Board, where they served as the Director of Swine Health Programs for over 16 years. Currently, Webb works at the National Pork Board as the Assistant Chief Veterinarian.

Patrick Webb completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Animal Science at Iowa State University College of Agriculture from 1988 to 1993. Following this, they pursued a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree in Veterinary Medicine at Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine from 1994 to 1998.
