Gavin Nel

Gavin Nel has extensive experience in the museum field, having worked at the National Portrait Gallery since January 2018 in various roles including Senior Security & Fire Safety Manager and Heritage Protection Manager. Prior to that, Gavin worked at the Museum of London from February 2009 to January 2018, where Gavin held positions such as Assistant Visitor Experience Manager and Host Duty Manager. Gavin has a strong background in visitor services operations and ensuring the safety and security of heritage sites.
