Marcus Harling

Marcus is lawyer specialising in construction and procurement of major construction projects, infrastructure and real estate development. He is experienced in the management of risk in complex construction projects and has worked with The Crown Estate, The Greater London Authority, Transport for London and The O2. Having recently worked with Birmingham City Council on capital projects to deliver the Commonwealth Games 2022, he currently advises The United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority on the UK fusion energy programme. Marcus has a strong interests the creative arts and has a depth of experience in the heritage sector.
