Brent Cohen

Brent Cohen is an experienced business leader and entrepreneur, currently serving as Chairman and Cofounder of Metanoia Bio Inc since July 2020. In addition, Brent holds the position of Non Executive Chairman at National Positions and has been Principal at Jabre LLC since 2005. Other significant roles include Chief Executive Officer at Originate from November 2016 to June 2020, and President and CEO of Ren Acquisitions Inc from June 2011 to June 2014. Brent's extensive experience also encompasses advisory and board positions at various organizations, including Parkeasier Spot, TCD Global, and Futureneers™. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. from the University of Cape Town, Chartered Accountant CA(SA) designation from The South African Institute of Chartered Accountants, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Cape Town.
