Panfilo Boborol

Panfilo Boborol is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the energy and manufacturing sectors. Presently serving as Principal Engineer A at the National Power Corporation since August 1993, Panfilo specializes in Contracts Administration for Geothermal and Coal Fired Power Plants, along with Fuel Management for Bunker Fed Power Plants in Mindanao. Prior to this role, Panfilo worked at the National Steel Corporation from February 1988 to May 1992 as an Engineer A, where responsibilities included assisting USX Engineers with expansion projects and managing procurement for steel-making equipment. Earlier experience includes a position as Project Engineer at Precision Development Corporation from June 1982 to February 1988, focusing on the installation of various infrastructure for hydro plants. Panfilo holds a Master's degree in Environmental Management from Liceo de Cagayan University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cagayan De Oro College.
