Cody Forness

Cody came to National Power in 2020. His previous roles included Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Novinium, Inc., CFO of Aqualis, Vice President of Finance and Comptroller at PowerSecure, Inc., and Audit Manager at KPMG. Cody’s background at PowerSecure, Inc. includes being part of the leadership during a time of tremendous growth that led to the acquisition by and integration into Southern Company. His experience with critical infrastructure services are a great fit with the mission of National Power.

He received his Master of Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and his Bachelor of Accounting from SUNY Oswego and is a Certified Public Accountant in North Carolina and New York.
