Matthew Floyd

Matthew Floyd has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Matthew is currently working as a Regional Sales Manager at National Precision Bearing since 2022. In their previous role at igus Inc. as a Regional Sales Manager, USA West, which they held from 2007 to 2021, Matthew was responsible for managing a team of 11 salesmen, developing and implementing sales and technical training programs, evaluating performance metrics, and negotiating with overseas accounts. Prior to that, they worked as a Territory Sales Manager at igus Inc. from 2001 to 2007. Matthew also holds the experience of being a Co-Founder and VP of Sales at CrudeJobs.com from January 2001 to September 2001. At Cer-Tek, Inc., they worked as a National Account Manager from 1997 to 2001. Throughout their career, Matthew Floyd has consistently demonstrated their expertise in sales, team management, training, and negotiation.

Matthew Floyd attended Utah State University from 1994 to 1999, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communications with an emphasis on Public Relations. Matthew also had a minor in Portuguese during their time at the university.
