Debra Silimeo

Debra Silimeo has extensive experience in public relations and communications, currently serving as a Board Member at Forum One and a member of the Board of Governors at the National Press Club. As President of The Silimeo Group, Debra leads strategic initiatives since July 2019. Previously held positions include Board Member at Blue Drop, LLC, and Executive Vice President at Hager Sharp Inc. Debra has been involved with the National Press Club as a member of the Speakers Committee and was recognized as WWPR's PR "Woman of the Year." Additional contributions include serving on the Board of Directors for Leadership Greater Washington and significant roles at the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. Small Business Administration, where Debra enhanced media relations and communication strategies. Debra is a graduate of Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism and holds a BS from Temple University.
