Previously, David held key roles at Gulfstream Aerospace, leading a team in talent development and winning an HR.com Leadership 500 award for the High Potential Program developed in 2014. David's career also includes co-founding Redline Mixed Martial Arts, where business operations were managed, and organizing successful events. Early career experiences include roles at Paychex and Cintas, where David earned multiple awards for outstanding performance, and serving as a Sergeant in the US Army's elite Airborne Ranger Regiment. David holds a BA in Psychology from Armstrong State University.
