Rachaell Saunders has an extensive work experience in the security industry. Rachaell is the Founding Director and CEO of National Protective Services, a leading professional security company that they established in 1988. Starting as a security guard, Rachaell grew the business into a national company employing over 200 staff. Rachaell is known for their commitment to professionalism in service delivery.

In addition to their role at National Protective Services, Rachaell also has experience in various leadership positions within industry organizations. Rachaell served as Vice President and Board Member of the Australian Security Industry Association Limited (ASIAL) from 2015 to the present.
