Katherine Dixon has extensive experience in operations and compliance in the field of psychology. Katherine currently holds the position of Vice President Operations at the National Psychology Training Consortium. Prior to this, Katherine worked as the Director of Operations and Director of Accreditation and Compliance at the same company. Additionally, Katherine has experience as a Circulation/Interlibrary Loan Assistant at the Francis D. Jones Library at The School of Professional Psychology at Forest Institute. Katherine holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from The School of Professional Psychology at Forest Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Family Psychology from Williams Baptist College.
National Psychology Training Consortium
The National Psychology Training Consortium (NPTC)… a doctoral psychology internship, is a collaborative consortium consisting of psychological service centers throughout the United States focused on provision of services with rural and underserved patients. NPTC was founded in 2003 through a collaboration of The School of Professional Psychology at Forest Institute and Royal Oaks Hospital to create new internship positions in underserved areas. Since 2003 NPTC has trained and prepared over 400 interns and residents – all in a rural or underserved context.
