Currently serving as a Human Resources Officer for the National PTA since December 2018, Paul previously held the position of Director of Human Resources for both Charles County Government from August 2015 to December 2018 and the City of Annapolis from 2004 to 2015. Paul holds a Master of Arts in Political Science and Government from The University of British Columbia, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and East Asian Studies from Augsburg University.
