Jane Taber has a diverse work experience in the field of public relations, communications, and journalism. Jane is currently a Senior Vice President at NATIONAL Public Relations, where they have been working since 2023. Prior to this role, they held the position of Vice President Public Affairs at the same company from 2021 to 2023.
Before joining NATIONAL Public Relations, Jane worked as the Director of Communications for the Premier of Nova Scotia at the Province of Nova Scotia from 2021 to 2021.
From 2016 to 2021, they were a Vice President at NATIONAL Public Relations.
In the earlier part of their career, Jane worked as a Political Reporter at The Globe and Mail from 2002 to 2012. Jane also served as the Atlantic Bureau Chief, based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, covering the Atlantic region, from 2012 to 2015.
Lastly, they had a role as a Co-Host on CTV's Question Period from 2005 to 2011.
Jane Taber attended Carleton University where they obtained a Bachelor of Journalism with a focus on Political Science.
