Kathy Rammage

Vice President Human Resources at NATIONAL Public Relations

Kathy Rammage has extensive work experience in human resources. Kathy began their career as a Payroll/Benefits Administrator at Burson-Marsteller in 1990 and worked there until 1995. Kathy then joined NATIONAL Public Relations as a Manager of Human Resources in 1995, where they stayed until 2012. Kathy later joined Sonic Boom Creative Media as a Manager of Human Resources in 2008 and worked there for an unspecified period. In 2018, they returned to NATIONAL Public Relations as the Vice President of Human Resources, where they currently hold the position.

Kathy Rammage obtained a Joint Health & Safety Levels 1 & 2 Certification from CAPS in 2018. Kathy also earned a Certification in Human Resources Management and Services from Toronto Metropolitan University from 1990 to 1993. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Arts degree in Journalism from Toronto Metropolitan University from 1987 to 1990. In addition to their formal education, Kathy has received several certifications including Emergency First Aid CPR & AED Level C from the Canadian Red Cross in 2018, Part 1 Certification Training Joint Health & Safety Committee in Ontario from the Ontario Ministry of Labour in 2018, and various certifications related to diversity, inclusion, and cultural communication from Coursera and LinkedIn.
