Sunny McKechnie

Sunny McKechnie has extensive work experience in corporate communications and public relations. Sunny is currently serving as the Vice President of Corporate Communications at NATIONAL Public Relations since January 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Edelman from 2007 to 2018, where they held various roles, including Senior Director of Corporate Communications and Director of Client Services. Sunny also served as a Board Member at Tradeworks Training Society from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, Sunny worked as a Public Relations Coordinator at Nuheat Industries from 2006 to 2007 and as a freelance journalist from 2002 to 2006. Sunny began their career in the management and client service sector of the BC Tourism & Hospitality Industry, where they worked from 1994 to 2004.
