Charles P. Kiesow

Charles P. Kiesow is an accomplished engineering and process director with extensive experience in product management and lean manufacturing. Currently serving as Director of Engineering & Process at National Public Seating since May 2010, Charles focuses on innovative product development, life-cycle management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Previously, at MTD, Charles led the creation of an in-house engineering department and actively participated in the company's lean transformation. Charles also held key positions at Mitchell Furniture Systems, where significant contributions were made in product management and R&D, as well as at D.A.C. Enterprises and Coakley Brothers, where leadership and project management skills were honed. Charles's career began in customer service roles at Ozaukee Country Club. Educational qualifications include a high school diploma from Homestead High School and studies at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
