Adam Shepherd

Adam Shepherd has over a decade of experience in operations and safety management within the railroad industry, currently serving as Senior Operations Manager at National Railroad Safety Services, Inc. (NRSS) since 2009. Adam progressed through various safety training roles at NRSS, starting as Assistant Manager - Training & Safety in 2010 and becoming the Manager - Training & Safety in 2013. Prior to NRSS, Adam worked as a Survey Assistant and Construction Inspector at Quality Construction Management, Inc. (QCM) from 2006 to 2009, beginning a career in the construction industry. Adam also gained internship experience at Awesome Inc. in 2011. Educationally, Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Business/Corporate Communications from the University of Kentucky, completed in 2011, with earlier studies at Western Kentucky University.
