Maureen Montgomery

Maureen Montgomery currently serves as the Director of Development at National Rarities since September 2017, focusing on staff training and development to enhance customer service and leadership within the organization. Prior to this role, Maureen held several positions at Initial Outfitters, Inc., including Director of Marketing and Business Development and Event Coordinator/Marketing, while also working as an Independent Direct Sales Consultant, consistently ranking in the top 10 for sales and team building. Maureen's earlier experience includes teaching business and marketing courses as a Teacher and Department Chairperson at Kirkwood High School from 1999 to 2010. Maureen holds a Master's degree in Technology from Fontbonne University and a Bachelor's degree in Business and Secondary Education from Southeast Missouri State University.
