Kelly Pappano has held several roles in the sales and marketing industry since 2001. From 2001 to 2004, they were the Development Associate for the Arthritis Foundation, where they managed five Joints in Motion (JIM) marathon training fundraising programs and raised $115,000 for the 2002 JIM marathon training program. From 2004 to 2006, they were the Director of Special Events for the American Lung Association of the Northeast, where they developed new events while maintaining current events in a competitive fundraising market. From 2006 to 2011, they were a Sales Rep for GE, managing team-driven appliance sales responsibilities in Baltimore/Washington D.C. territory. From 2011 to 2013, they took a personal travel hiatus. From 2013 to 2016, they were the Project Sales Manager and Senior Territory Manager for Miele, where they established and built relationships with influential developers, architects, designers, and marketing groups. From 2016 to 2020, they were the Market Manager for JennAir, where they were responsible for sales, profitability, trade relations, and after sales support of the JennAir premium appliance brand. Finally, from 2020 to 2022, they were the Chief Sales Officer for National Records Centers, Inc. and DocuVault, where they were responsible for driving and supporting the growth of the entities, identifying and addressing opportunities and challenges, and developing and executing sales strategies.
Kelly Pappano received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mass Communications/Public Relations from Towson University between 1997 and 2000. In 2007, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from GE. In 2019, Pappano earned a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Western Governors University.
