Gerry Gallagher

Gerry Gallagher is an accomplished facilities management professional with extensive experience across diverse roles. Currently serving as Head of Facilities at the National Records of Scotland since January 2023, Gerry previously excelled as Project Manager (Estates) at the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh, overseeing a broad portfolio of projects related to national plant collections over a ten-year period. Previous positions include Turnaround Coordinator at Menzies Aviation, where Gerry coordinated critical airport operations, and Programme Manager with the UK Civil Service, focused on the Defence Information Infrastructure. Additionally, Gerry served as an Engineering Officer and Instructional Officer with the UK Ministry of Defence, demonstrating strong leadership in technical and training environments.
