James Cole

James Cole is a seasoned professional in technology and automation, currently serving as the Managing Director of Technology and Automation at NRT (National Recovery Technologies) since June 2009. In this role, James oversees all aspects of the business unit, including operations, controls engineering, software deployment, and product delivery. Previously, James held various titles within the same organization, including Director of Software & Controls Engineering, Software Integration Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Production Supervisor, Senior Field Service Engineer, and Production Engineer. Additionally, James is the Managing Director of Technology and Automation at Bulk Handling Systems since June 2025. James holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from Austin Peay State University, completed in 2012.
