Michele White Cae, Iom

Michele White, CAE, IOM, currently serves as Senior Program Manager at the National Recreation and Park Association since July 2020, after a diverse tenure with the organization from October 2008 to 2020 that included roles as Conservation Program Manager, Director of Strategic Initiatives and Governance, and Executive Assistant, Board Liaison and Special Projects Manager. In these positions, Michele provided strategic and operational oversight for the Association and managed various projects. Prior experience includes working as a Paralegal at Burnett & Williams from 2006 to 2008 and as an Administrative Assistant at the Virginia Racing Commission in 2006. Michele holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a Concentration in Criminal Justice from Mount St. Mary's University and has completed various professional education programs through IOM Institute and CAE Kick Off.
