Currently serving as the Section Head of Mechanical Maintenance at National Refinery Limited since September 2009, Muhammad Iqbal oversees the planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance for various refinery utility equipment, focusing on critical rotary equipment and preventive maintenance. Prior experience includes roles as a Mechanical Engineer at the Hydrocarbon Development Institute of Pakistan, where responsibilities involved third-party inspections of CNG and LPG facilities, and as a Deputy Manager at Pak Suzuki Motor Company, managing contractor execution and resource allocation. Muhammad Iqbal's career began as a Project Mechanical Engineer at ABS Engineering, where design coordination and fabrication plans for petrochemical equipment were key responsibilities. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from NED University and a Master’s in Petroleum from Karachi University.
