Shuaib Anwar Malik

Mr. Shuaib A. Malik has been associated with Attock Group of Companies for more than four decades. He started his career as an Executive Officer in The Attock Oil Company Limited in July 1977 and served in different companies in the Group at various times with the responsibility to supervise and oversee the operations and affairs of these Companies. With his professional abilities, hard work, and dedication, he eventually rose to the highest management position in the Group, serving as the Group Chief Executive of one of the largest conglomerates in the country since July 2006 having diversified interests in Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Cement, Information Technology, Renewable Energy, Medical Services and Real Estate Development, etc. He has exhaustive experience related to various aspects of upstream, midstream, and downstream petroleum business and it was due to his visionary leadership that the Attock Group was able to grow leaps and bounds and diversify into various trade and industries.

He obtained his bachelor’s degree from Punjab University and has attended many international management programs, workshops, and conferences including two such programs at the British Institute of Management, UK, and Harvard Business School, USA. In addition to holding the position of Group Chief Executive of the Attock Group of Companies, presently, he is serving as Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Pakistan Oilfields Limited, Chairman of Attock Refinery Limited and National Refinery Limited, and Chief Executive Officer of The Attock Oil Company Limited besides being the Director on the Board of all the Companies in the Group including listed and unlisted public/private Companies.
