Ray Mollers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in emergency medical services and federal service. Currently serving as Senior Advisory Consultant at the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians since June 2023, Ray previously held the role of Executive Director at the Interstate Commission for EMS Personnel Practice from September 2021 to June 2023, and Director of Stakeholder Partnerships at the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians from January 2019 to September 2021. Prior to these roles, Ray served as EMS Program Manager at the Department of Homeland Security from March 2012 to January 2019 and spent nearly 18 years as an 18D Special Forces Medic and Instructor with the 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne). Ray holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from Campbell University and further education from Central Michigan University, culminating a distinguished 32-year career in federal service.
