Carolyn Dailey has extensive experience in IT and systems administration, currently serving as a Windows Platform Engineer and Windows System Administrator at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory since October 2012. Previous roles include IT Desktop Analyst at ViaSat, System Administrator at Westwood College, and Helpdesk Technician at SunGard Higher Education. Carolyn has also held several technical support and systems administration positions at HostCentric, Interland, Huge Hosting, Yipes, and Verado Holdings between 1999 and 2012. Education was pursued at the State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota from 1995 to 1996.
