Jessie Reisinger, Ph.D., currently serves as a Training Content Developer at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory since March 2024. Prior to this role, Jessie accumulated extensive experience at Quality Training Systems from May 2018 to March 2024, advancing from Consultant to Senior Implementation & Training Consultant, where responsibilities included developing training content and delivering courses on various training systems. Academic accomplishments include a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and a Master's in the same field from DePaul University, where extensive curriculum development and research were undertaken. Jessie also gained experience through various internships and assistantships, including strategic research, leadership coaching, and research coordination, along with foundational training in psychological principles during undergraduate studies at Penn State University.
