JoEllen Billotte is a Senior Project Developer at National Renewable Solutions, with previous experience at Invenergy LLC in various roles within Transmission Development and Renewable Development. Prior to that, they worked as a Concierge at Hammersmith® and in various positions at Fidelity Investments, including Claims and Appeals Case Manager and Retirement Brokerage Services Representative. JoEllen holds a Certificate in Environmental Assessment and dual B.S. degrees in Economics and Environmental Science-Economic Policy from North Carolina State University.
