Saroj Kumar Pani

Saroj Kumar Pani currently serves as a Professor and Chairperson of both the Doctoral Program and the Ethics Board at the Indian Institute of Management Raipur, since November 2023. With a wealth of experience in advisory roles, Saroj Kumar Pani has been an Advisor to the Board at Kislay Veggifarm Pvt Ltd since January 2019 and has also contributed as an Advisor at MindStream Consulting since July 2020. Additionally, Saroj Kumar Pani is actively involved in multiple academic and research initiatives, including serving as a Steering Committee Member for NRDC-IPFC & TISC in Visakhapatnam and a National Expert on Institutional Ecosystem Research for the Asian Productivity Organization in Tokyo. Previously, Saroj Kumar Pani held prominent positions at Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam and various institutions, including serving on boards of studies and councils. Educational credentials include a PhD in Corporate Strategy and Policy from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, along with an MBA in Marketing from Utkal University and an Executive Education program at Harvard Business School.
