Jim Jacobs

Jim Jacobs has extensive experience in digital marketing and communications, with a focus on the nonprofit sector. Jim currently serves as the Director of Digital Communications for the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation, where they oversee all aspects of digital marketing and communications. Prior to this, Jim worked as an Independent Consultant at J2 Digital, where they provided digital strategy, website design, and marketing technology services from 2012 to 2018. Jim also served as the Senior Vice President of PS Digital at Production Solutions | PS Digital, a direct marketing firm for nonprofits, from 2015 to 2016. Jim has held various leadership positions in the digital marketing industry, including Vice President of Strategy & Services at RedEngine Digital and Chief Marketing Officer at StoryRiver Media, Inc. Jim also founded and led the Interactive Practice at OmniStudio, a communications agency, from 2002 to 2010. Jim's past clients include well-known nonprofit organizations such as CARE, the American Diabetes Association, and Safe Kids America. Before entering the digital marketing field, Jim held marketing communications roles at CSC/Nichols Research/Advanced Marine and Computer Network Services, Inc., and served as an Operations Manager at Peter Hart Research Associates. Overall, Jim's work experience demonstrates their expertise in digital marketing, web strategy, and online fundraising for nonprofit organizations.

Jim Jacobs attended Great Neck South Senior High School from 1976 to 1978 and obtained their high school diploma. Jim then enrolled at George Mason University and completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English in 1995. Following this, Jim pursued post-graduate studies in Writing and Literature at George Mason University from 1995 to 1998.
