Brian Cafritz

Founder / Board Member / Past President at National Retail and Restaurant Defense Association

Brian Cafritz began their work experience in 1994 as a Commercial Litigation Attorney at KPM LAW, specializing in Retail, Restaurant, Entertainment, Sports, and Leisure claims. Brian was admitted to all state and federal courts in Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia. In 2007, they founded the National Retail and Restaurant Defense Association and served as a Board Member and Past President. Additionally, in 2010, they became a Member of the International Association for Leisure Defense Attorneys. Currently, Brian serves as an Advisory Board Member at SERMA since 2022.

Brian Cafritz attended the University of Virginia from 1985 to 1989 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature. Following that, they went on to attend the University of Richmond School of Law from 1989 to 1992, where they obtained a JD degree.
