Sam Khatib

Sam Khatib is an experienced real estate professional with a strong background in asset and property management. Currently serving as the Director of Leasing & Asset Management at NNN REIT, Inc. since December 2011, Khatib oversees Asset and Property Management operations for a diverse portfolio of 1,838 retail properties across 47 states. Prior experience includes managing over one million square feet of shopping centers as a Property Manager at Century Retail and overseeing commercial properties in Orlando while working with Turnberry Associates. Additionally, Khatib served as Senior Development Coordinator and Property Manager at Central Florida Commercial Real Estate from 1994 to 2009, managing projects from conception to construction in the commercial real estate sector. Khatib holds a degree from the University of Central Florida, completed between 1995 and 2000.
