Andrew Locher

Andrew Locher possesses extensive experience in firearms instruction and project management. Currently serving as a Law Enforcement (LEAD) Instructor for the National Rifle Association since May 2014, Andrew also co-owns Old SheepDog Defense, where instruction focuses on personal defense for private security and citizens. Prior roles include Adjunct Instructor at Byrna Technologies, Senior Vice President of Project Design and Development at Gallagher Group International, and Project Manager for the Joint Emergency Training Institute at the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. Andrew has a strong background as a Senior Firearms Instructor for LVMPD, with significant contributions to training programs and tactical operations. Andrew's military service includes being a Specialist in the U.S. Army. Andrew holds an Executive MBA and multiple degrees in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
