Senior Executive - Financial/strategic Development at National Rifle Association of America

David Warren has a diverse work experience in various senior-level financial and strategic development roles. David started as the Director of Finance/Corporate Controller for Copperfield LLC/ Coleman Cable, Inc. in 2005. David then worked as the Sr. Director of Finance/Division Financial Controller for MasterBrand Cabinets from 2007 to 2009. From 2009 to 2013, they served as the Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer for Nudo Products, Inc., where they implemented new market research and pricing strategies and managed a team of 40. David then became the Senior Vice President of Finance/M&A Operations for Knoll Inc. from 2013 to 2015, where they directed M&A and FP&A efforts. In 2015, they took on the role of Chief Executive Officer for Cavallo Bus Lines, overseeing operational, safety, maintenance, and financial aspects of the company. In 2018, they became the Chief Financial/Strategic Development Officer for The Hope Institute, leading executive leadership team activities and managing $50M in annual revenue. David also served as the Secretary of the Finance and Ethics Committees. In the same year, they also held the position of Senior Executive - Financial/Strategic Development for the National Rifle Association, where they achieved significant financial growth, implemented cost reduction strategies, and managed executive leadership and staff. In 2018, they co-founded Brains in Motion, LLC, an occupational therapy practice focused on pediatric reflex/sensory integration and advocacy services, where they served as the Co-Owner/Financial Director. Throughout their career, David Warren has demonstrated their expertise in financial management, planning, strategic development, and M&A activities.

David Warren received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance/Management from Indiana University Bloomington, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. David later went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration degree in Organization Leadership/Corporate Finance at The University of Findlay, attending from 2000 to 2002.
