The Recruitment and Training team at the National Rifle Association of America focuses on expanding membership and ensuring high standards of firearm safety and education. This team recruits new members, conducts instructional courses, and certifies trainers and safety officers to uphold and disseminate the NRA's principles and commitment to the Second Amendment throughout communities.
