Drs Michelle Fransen

Drs. Michelle Fransen possesses extensive experience in management and information systems, currently serving as Programmamanager and Relatiemanager for the Nationaal Dataportaal Wegverkeer since August 2020. Prior to this role, Michelle held various significant positions including Integraal Manager and Directeur of the Gemeenschappelijke Beheer Organisatie Provincies at Interprovinciaal Overleg/BIJ12 from January 2010 to March 2020. Michelle's earlier career includes senior roles at Rijkswaterstaat as Sr Productmanager Geo Informatie and several positions at Centraal Bureau voor de Statistiek, where duties involved policy formulation and project management. Michelle also gained valuable experience in the Ministry of Defense, focusing on information management and system development. Michelle earned a Master’s degree in Management/Bedrijfskunde from Nyenrode Business University between 2007 and 2010.
