The Agile Team at the National Road Traffic Data Portal (NDW) is responsible for the iterative development and continuous improvement of platforms and applications that provide up-to-the-minute and historic traffic data. Comprising a Product Owner, Scrum Masters, and Functional Application Managers, the team employs Agile methodologies to ensure robust, user-centric solutions that support real-time traffic monitoring and data accessibility.
