Armond Dawson

Armond Dawson is an experienced professional in partner and account development, currently serving as the Director of Partner/Account Development at NRTC since April 2019. Previously, Armond held various leadership roles at SecurityCoverage, Inc., including Director of Partner Development, Director of Business Development, and Vice President of Customer Support Services from November 2011 to April 2019. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Operations at Thomas L. Cardella & Associates, Director of Contact Center Operations/Client Services at Infinity Contact, and Director of Operations/Senior Account Manager at APAC Customer Services. Armond's educational background includes studies at Boston University from 1993 to 1995 and Ellsworth Community College from 1991 to 1992, in addition to completing high school at Washington High School.
