Robert Buchko, also known as Bob, has extensive work experience in various roles related to marketing, product development, and management. Robert (Bob) started their career as a Technical Writer at Be Free, Inc. in 1998. In 1999, they joined IBM as a Web Content Designer and Author, where they worked until 2005. During this time, they also served as an Adjunct Lecturer of Technical and Business Communication at North Carolina State University from 1999 to 2010. From 2005 to 2006, Bob worked at Lenovo as a Web Content Designer and Author. Robert (Bob) then joined Parata Systems in 2006 as a Technical Communication Specialist before transitioning to Futures Inc. In Futures Inc., they worked as a Manager of QA and Support from 2008 to 2010 and later became the Director of Client Delivery from 2010 to 2012. Bob then joined NeoNova Network Services in 2012 and held various positions, including Manager of Cloud Experience from 2012 to 2015, Director of Marketing from 2015 to 2019, and finally Vice President of Product & Marketing until 2020. As of 2020, they became the Vice President of Strategic & Product Marketing at NRTC.

Bob Buchko obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Rhetoric, Writing, and Professional Communication from East Carolina University in 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Arts (MA) in Professional Writing from Carnegie Mellon University in 1999 and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Technical Writing, also from Carnegie Mellon University, in 1998. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications, including an Innovation specialization from the Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2021 and a Strategic Leadership & Management specialization from the same institution in 2020. Robert (Bob) also holds certifications as a Microsoft Experience Center Qualified Facilitator, a Google Apps Certified Administrator, a Google G Suite/Google Apps Certified Trainer, and a Google Apps Certified Sales Specialist.
