Karen Chadra

Karen Chadra is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in web content management and journalism. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Web Content at the National Safety Council since November 2014, Karen oversees all content for the organization's website. Previous roles include serving as a Communications Consultant and Freelance Writer from February 2014 to November 2016, where promotional materials and public relations campaigns were developed for various clients. Karen was also the Editor for Elmhurst Patch and Glen Ellyn Patch from June 2010 to January 2014, achieving significant growth in web performance. Earlier career highlights include managing editor at Pioneer Press, overseeing multiple newspaper editions, and serving as a staff writer for The Doings Newspapers, where investigative and feature stories were produced.
