Karl Dahlgren

Karl Dahlgren serves as the Executive Vice President of the National Safety Council, overseeing the Training line of business with full P&L responsibility. Previously, Karl held various leadership roles at BAI from 2014 to 2024, including Managing Director for Strategy, Research, and Learning & Development, where strategic integration of the RMA/BAI merger was executed. Prior experience encompasses positions at PathAR LLC focusing on business development, CEO of Versata/Trilogy Software managing a portfolio of software companies, and President of 4Access Communications, where significant customer growth was achieved. Karl's foundational experience includes a vice president role at LaSalle Bank Corporation, complemented by an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.A. in Economics from North Park University.
