Lauren Pearson

Lauren Pearson has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources Operations at the National Safety Council since May 2018, following progressive roles including Senior Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Generalist. Prior to this, Lauren held the position of HR Generalist at Claire's Inc. and Connect Hearing - US, along with HR Assistant duties at Connect Hearing - US. Earlier career experiences include a role as Associate Manager in Training and Development and Sales Associate at Ulta Beauty. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts & Sciences degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, with a minor in Communication Studies from DePaul University, completed in 2010.
