Jennifer Roberts

Jennifer Roberts possesses extensive experience in the field of biology and health professions education. Currently serving on the Community College Committee for the National Association of Advisors for the Health Professions, Inc. since August 2021, Jennifer also contributes as a reviewer for the BIOS journal with the Beta Beta Beta Biological Honors Society and the Journal of College Science Teaching for the National Science Teachers Association, roles held since June 2020 and September 2008 respectively. In an academic capacity, Jennifer has been a Professor of Biology and Pre-Health Professions Director at Lewis University since August 1996, and previously worked as a Research Associate at the Loyola University Department of Surgery from June 1994 to June 1996, as well as an Adjunct Faculty member at the College of DuPage in 1995-1996. Jennifer holds a Ph.D. in Physiology and Biophysics from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine and a B.S. in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of St. Francis.
