Rachel Sanders

Rachel Sanders possesses extensive experience in volunteer coordination and recruitment within various organizations focused on community service and advocacy. Currently serving as the Volunteer Program Coordinator for the National Science Teaching Association, Rachel collaborates with the Army Educational Outreach Program to enhance STEM education through volunteer leadership and training. Prior to this role, Rachel worked at Georgia CASA as a CASA Recruiter & Coordinator, overseeing a team of 30 volunteers dedicated to advocating for children in foster care. Earlier professional experience includes positions as an Evidence Tech for the Cobb County Police Department and a Recruitment Specialist for the Clarke County Department of Family and Children Services. Rachel's educational background includes studies in Human Services at the University of North Georgia and Kennesaw State University, along with a College Prep Diploma from Allatoona High School.
